Don't Go It Alone
Validation, camaraderie, connection, empowerment and most of all... dignity. These are what past participants of this group have reported back to have gotten. This group offers logistical support such as understanding the process and how to build your divorce team. It also acts as a safe container to bring tears, fears and frustrations. We laugh, we cry and we simply hold space for each other's experiences.

Divorce Coach
After experiencing the painful and confusing divorce process first-hand in 2016, I realized there was not much available for wholistic support. Out of this realization I developed a drive and passion for educating and positioning myself to assist others in powerfully moving through divorce. I am committed to helping my clients move away from destruction and into a space of creation and rebuilding.
Since my own divorce, I have been living an extraordinarily fun and rewarding life as a single mother and also own the small boutique-style real estate company, Living 1/4's.
